Twitter banned in Nigeria
This week for reading we had to read a article for our reading task. Last week, Twitter has been banned by the Nigerian government after Twitter deleted Muhammadu Buhari ( The president ) tweet. In the tweet the president spoke about issues within the country. He also said that anyone “misbehaving today” will be “treated in language they understand’.Twitter deleted the tweet for violating its rules. The government said they Banned the app because they say it is because of misinformation being spread on the app.
